Yahoo! TV has the entire first episode of Supernatural available for you to watch, for free. Usually Yahoo has the first five minutes of a show available to watch, this is the first time I have seen a full show available on Yahoo TV, not to mention a week before its televised premier. This is a great idea from the network because this broadens the appeal of the show to two different audiences; those who watch television on the internet and those who watch regular television. Since the pilot of this show has been available on Bit Torrent for quite some time, they might as well make it easier for this whole audience to have access to it. This could end up helping the ratings of the fist show trough positive word-of-mouth advertising. Hopefully other networks follow this example and do similar promotions in the future, bringing us one step closer to true IPTV.

Maxconsole.net has a video on it site that is showing a PSP being downgraded from the v2.0 to allow an upgraded PSP to run homebrew apps. Apparently you will be able to keep functions of v2.0 which so far has seemed to good to be true. This really makes the PSP the must have system. In related news BBC News has reported that the PSP has become the fastest-selling games console of all time in the UK. However this Nintendo DS vs Sony PSP Japanese sales chart shows that the DS is clearly out selling the PSP by a wide margin.

The reason? Probably Nintendogs.

My advice, get a real damn dog and a PSP
