Okay again, I know, I haven’t blogged in a while; again, busy with school and trying to go to school, and trying to not think about school. Since my last post google has launched their latest online venture as Google Finance. I love this site it is the best site for portfolio tracking I have ever seen. It is a good mix of financial data and other news. The only draw back I see is that there is no real way to browse stocks, mutual funds, ETF’s etc… If this site had this feature it would be fantastic so until it does I would still recommend to you to use Smartmoney . This was the site I used before google finance; it was a great portfolio that will automatically reinvest dividends for you if you want it to. It also is a good site to browse different financial instruments. Right now I am using both of them together and that seems to be working best to get all the information I need on stocks. As you may have seen on by the image up on top after I used both of these to find some investments that I though were worth while, I invested a hypothetical $300. As you can tell from the picture I am up almost $16 in just about 2 weeks. Maybe that $90k+ degree in finance I have yet to use might prove useful after all; maybe.
