In my last post I put a link to some site that was hosting pictures of the Dolce & Gabbana Gold RAZR. The author of this particular site sent me a comment asking me to give credit to this certain site because he felt that linking to him just wasn’t enough. Personally I thought annoyingly big watermarks on these pictures that covered a big part of the pictures, as well as the URL of the link itself was enough credit. So instead of saying the name of this particular site I instead figured I would just change the link to the the offical docle and gabbana RAZR site; problem solved.
As most people know by know, or should know by now if you have ever looked at my moblog that I think my RAZR V3c greatest phone of all time. But I have to give credit where credit is due and the is quite a site to behold. Sure its unpractical and probably very pricey, but still this the ultimate in luxury phones.
I have had turkey on thanksgiving every year of my life, but it wasn’t till this year that I had fried turkey, I never even knew that you could fry a turkey. Well I guess you could fry anything but I just assumed that a turkey would be too big. Turns out its not and that you can deep fry a turkey and it is actually very good (and very unhealthy for you). If you have never tired it you should go out and try it, change things up for once at thanksgiving; here are instructions on how to do this. I think all you need is a turkey and a giant deep fryer, and really who doesn’t have that lying around their house?

So I enjoy playing poker online every now and then and have been a fan of Texas Hold’em ever since it became all the rage some years ago. In that whole time I have been playing Texas Hold’em, and other types of Poker games before that, I have never seen a Royal Flush, that is until today. It was something I had never seen in my entire life and so I thought I would share it with everyone. I was playing on PokerPages which seems to be the best online poker software for OS X.

I couldn’t believe this when I saw it on The Tonight Show so I did a little research that this was an actual item and can be found at DayClocks
“Every home should have DayClock. They are made for those who don’t care about what time it is, but who need to know what day it is.”
Thats an actual sales point for the Day Clock found on the Who Should Own A Day Clock section.
So if you are the type of person who doesn’t care about what time it is go ahead and check their site out, you probably don’t have too much else to do.
I am not going to start another post announcing how long it has been since I have last updated my page, but it has been a while. Amazingly I still have 8 loyal subscribers , amazing.
Here I come with the excuses again but I have been studying a lot for the GMAT and part of what I have been doing in learning vocab words; I know I should of learned most of these in high school but I didn’t. So in order to help myself learn words, and provide a public service I am going to start a word of the day feature in hopes that I will update every day and maybe even learn a few of the words in the process.
I been using Quiz-Buddy for Palm OS to help me study which has been working really nice, the only problem with it is that it doesn’t come with a Quiz for the GMAT vocab words. I did however purchase the GMAT Exambusters Study Cards awhile back and it took some time, but I have made a quiz for Quiz-Buddy using the vocab from the these cards. So if there is anyone out there who wants this quiz just let me know.
Hopefully soon I will be able to update all of you (8 of you anways) on the little things I have been using and havn’t been able to write about.
I know I am.
If you are you should really check out Crony Jobs.
I haven’t posed in awhile and its not because I’m dead, I just want to make that clear because thats what I usually assume when someone hasn’t been online in a while. I have just been really busy studying and what not. Anyways when I am online I have been spending a fair amount of time watching Vidcast.
Although I have lofty expectations when it comes to what I watch on television, I find that I will watch just about any crap when its on the internet. It might be because I can do other things while I watch shows half-assed (as I am doing right now), I don’t really know they just seem to be my favorite form of entertainment online right now.
Anyways Vidcast.org is a great site to find some popular ones, as well as some pretty obscure ones.
At this point I think I have seen enough of these things to do pretty decent reviews on them, maybe sometime I’ll get around to doing that if I don’t actually die from all this studying.
Anyone who knows me knows that I am obsessed with RSS/Atom feeds. I don’t even remember what I did before I found out what they were, check websites everyday even if they weren’t updated? Those days seem like so long ago even if it was just a few months ago. Someone showed me today a new site called Netvibes which is a service that gives you the ability to create a custom web 2.0 page, much like the Google personal home pages and My Yahoo!. Where NetVibes tops these other two established services is in its ease of use, and its super clean look that is fully customizable. Besides having your feeds, the ability to search google/yahoo/MSN/Wikipedia, Gmail, weather, and a notepad; NetVibes also has a built-in podcast player so you can keep up-to-date with all your favorite shows no matter where you are. This service is ideal for anyone who travels often and doesn’t always have access to their computer. I haven’t had time to try out all of NetVibes features yet, and the only gripe that I have had so far is its lack of support for Safari, which as noted should be available soon. However this doesn’t even seem like that big of a problem for me because most of the time I am not at my computer, chances are I will be on a windows box. Everything being said, I still do this service no justice so just do yourself a favor and check this service out.
Well not really but I am really beginning to think my house is haunted. It started when the TV in my room started changing channels all by itself. I didn’t think much of it at first, I hardly even gave it a second thought; that is until the other TV’s in my house started doing the same thing. These weren’t single events either, its been happening more and more. Separate TV’s in separate rooms with separate power supplys and cable lines. Also the fan in the living room has been turning on by itself too, and although it is in the same room as one of the other TV’s its not in the same plug and nothing else in this plug has been acting up. I guess its a ghost who doesn’t like my taste in TV shows and would like to cool down. Any ideas?
This picture above is of the Barton Mansion which is a known haunted house that’s down the street from my place. There are a few odd pictures on that site of strange things found around Redlands in the Smiley Forest. In particular there is a video on that site of an “entity”. I can’t tell if it is real or not and neither did some of my friends, the one brave enough to check it out. No matter if it is fake or not it is still freaky as hell. So check it out and let me know your opinion of it.
